Thoughts...

What are thoughts??
Aint those N number of things running through your mind when you are travelling, cooking, walking, exercising..in short everytime!!!

Dictionary meaning says thoughts is a set of ideas or opinion.
Its a process of thinking... Thinking about the events that has happened, about present and thinking, planning about future.

Imagine yourself with thoughts crawling in your mind, all of them together about past, present and future. Frenzy would be a small word to describe your state of mind !!

So its YOU who can MONITER, EVALUATE, & STOP your thoughts.

While writing this at early in the morning I am thinking as my write up would be appreciated by maximum number of people.
If I keep on thinking about it I will find an answer and I will work accordingly.
If I think about last nights dinner how yummy the biryani was, I will surely keep drooling all the time.

Search for your thoughts. Study them. Evaluate them.
This will surely help to resolve the chaose in your mind.
